Project relevant developments in the field of simulation-based crisis management training are currently taking place in Japan and the USA. Further relevant developments are also known from France and India.
The training simulation that would be conceptualized is theory-driven. The content is defined by the research results as well the causes of accidents as mindfulness practices in high reliability organizations.
