Objective
In cooperation with energy industry organizations and counselled by the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance, a training simulation is developed that helps to improve early detection and management of crises in organizations.
The project recognizes that operators of critical infrastructure would benefit from the organizational structures of High Reliability Organizations (HROs). A culture of mindfulness can help HROs to cope successfully with uncertainty and complexity and grant durable reliability.
The objective is to translate these principles into crisis management training that can be used in processes of human resource development and organisational development.
